Wind Chill Temperature = 35.74 + 0.6215×T - 35.75*V0.16 + 0.4275*T*V0.16

here T is actual air temperature specified in fahrenheit, while V refers to wind speed measured in mph.

This wind chill calculator requires you to enter the values for wind speed and air temperature. There are multiple units available for each of these values and you can specify them in of the desired units.
